“This place worked well for us (family of 4) staying to visit with family in the area. It was very close to lots of restaurants and whatnot. The area was a little sketchy- it was by all really run down houses/apartments. However I never didn’t feel safe. The king bed was comfy but the twin beds were not. “Excellent location just a half block from the bustling Alberta Arts neighborhood. Steps to many excellent independently owned restaurants, coffee shops and small businesses. Having a driveway to park in is a major benefit if you have vehicles, as street parking is almost nonexistent. Bus line is 1/2 block away if you don’t have a car. Four bedrooms and 2 full baths was plenty for our group of 6. ”

“I chose this property because of the location mainly however the stay was a huge plus. We were walking distance from so many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We barely drove this trip. We stayed for a week and Marissa was very responsive, helpful and made sure our trip was as smooth as possible. The only thing to note is that she and one other do live at this location so keep in mind that if you don’t like hearing others walking around or doing activities at night then I would double check……

“We came down to walk, eat, see a concert, and shop. We were delighted to realize how close this house was to the concert site and just a short Uber ride to the heart of downtown. Fabulous!”

“The house is a charming older bungalow. It was furnished with everything we needed. Please note that it is on a fairly busy street that necessitated wearing ear plugs, especially in the front bedroom. Also, there is a faint cat pee smell in some of the house and strong smell in the bathroom. ”
