“Wonderful West Seattle walk-out basemen rental. Very spacious, neat and clean. Very quiet other than a few expected floor squeaks. We loved having morning coffee around the fire pit to keep the chill off. We also had a morning visits from the friendly resident cat Penny We would highly recommend this location and will be back. ”

“It was very clean and comfortable and accessible. We had trouble getting the spa heated up but the host could eventually assist us remotely. It can sleep 10 people, 2 to a bed comfortably, but not 16. The coffee maker doesnt work well as it doesnt fit right. There are not enough dishes for all of the guests. We may want to come back again, though.coffee maker”

“We had an amazing time at this home with beautiful views. ”

“Finding the was difficult as you can’t access the property from the front as it is on a highway. The back is how you enter and it’s under construction as they’re building another building. Construction materials and debris, and no paved path make it challenging to access the property. The roof is very low and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The washer machine smells like mold and ruined my son’s brand new shirt. Great location but wouldn’t stay there again”

“Set on a quiet, dead end street, we found the house to be very comfortable, well maintained with lots a amenities and a wonderful large, full fenced back yard. We very much enjoyed our stay!”

“The property has a great view of the sound! It’s a little rustic, but has a full kitchen and a laundry room. The host was responsive, and helpful. There are a lot of stairs, both inside the home and outside. We knew that before we got there, so we didn’t mind. I have two suggestions. First, bring some family fun games, as there is no TV (which was fine with us). The other suggestion has to deal with visiting Edmonds. Some good public parking is at 4th and Main, and Leftcraft is a nice family……
