“I was check-in pretty late that night but the staff was very friendly and already prepare a room with the parking in front of the door, the room is clean and nice, comfortable bed, breakfast was good, the only problem I have is about the highway noise maybe the hotel is close to the highway, but it's not that big deal for me, other than that everything is perfect, very close to Fred Meyer, I can do something shopping before going back to hotel.”

“The check in process was awful. I never received the check in instructions from the owner. I waited for over an hour and half to even talk to the owner on how to check in for the rental. The phone number on HomeAway was not valid. It said it was a disconnected number. The manager at the Condo said she was not allowed to contact the owner because they rented the condo and she could not help. I finally found another email where there was another number provided. The owner told me just to go to the……

“Call shuttle from SeaTac airport, the front counter said 10 minutes but we wait for 40 minutes and there is no shuttle bus coming, finally we took Uber to go to hotel then found the shuttle was there in front of hotel, when we check it I heard from another counter people call shuttle to pick up 2 people and another Mr. Chen 2 peoples, so totally 4 peoples, this was really bad service and like cheating customers, if I stupid that I will stay in SeaTac airport to wait for another 40 minuites, this……
