“The front desk clerk was extremely welcoming, and the room itself was pristine with a cozy bed. However, I found the bathroom to be rather basic, lacking in features. Specifically, the shower area lacked proper boundaries, leading to a slippery bathroom floor after showering. This made it inconvenient and potentially hazardous when using the toilet.”
“We arrived at the Marqueen hotel after the airport lost our luggage and we had nothing with us. Kelly was the most kindest and sweetest person and was very welcoming. She is the kind of person that every hotel needs as a front desk person! The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable beds that we have slept in at a hotel. Truthfully everyone that worked there was wonderful!! ”
