“Well maintained, clean home with a beautiful yard. Had all the amenities one would need to make the stay as comfortable as possible.”

“Clean and quiet. Just a couple of suggestions...would be better to have more space for toiletries. Parking can be full on the streets sometimes. My wife and I decided to walk for dinner, just in case to not lose our spot. We would stay there again.”

“This home had everything we needed and hoped for, even amenities that are hit and miss at other places were here. The kitchen is well stocked, the owners are excellent at communicating and checking in, and having 2 tv's was nice so the kids could watch their shows and the adults could watch theirs. Cutely decorated and clean. ”

“Loved the home. We had five (two adults, three teens) and it was a perfect fit for us. We were not at home much but when we were home it was everything we needed. Pre-stocked with important essentials, parking was easy, amazing little court yard with chickens that gave us fresh eggs. Communication was perfect and kind. Great place to head south to downtown or north to for other great sites to see. Walkable restaurants, which is always a plus for me. Was very close to the highway and you……

“We experienced a wonderful 9 day stay with a very clean cottage, everything you need in the kitchen if you choose to cook, and close walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Our host also gave us interesting info about West Seattle to explore. Thanks!!! Nala ( our host family dog) greeted us daily. Thank you again for a great experience!!!”

“Very cozy and private little cottage. We had a great time staying on the property. ”

“It was in a great location, the neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe enough to go running around the neighborhood. In addition, it was just a short drive to the light rail station. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable about Seattle and responsive regarding the small issues encountered as well as good at communicating with us regarding the check-in process.The kitchen was small but had most of the necessities.And the entire place was clean and in good condition.”

“This is my favorite place to stay in Ballard when I visit family, and I've stayed in a lot of different places. The guest house is lovely, clean, open. The gardens are beautiful and the location is perfect for walks and very quiet. Highly recommend this wonderful rental”

“Wonderful, Cozy Cottage at an excellent location! Very quiet neighborhood with street parking. One block (walking distance) to a huge park with many hiking trails. And also close to downtown Seattle. Cottage was immaculately clean, with comfy beds and everything you need to feel at home. With its inviting front porch area and it's adorable back yard for privacy, you really don't want to even leave this amazing place!”
