“We had such a great time staying at Barbara’s cottage in the Seattle-Tacoma area. The place was absolutely charming—peaceful, cozy, and perfectly located for all the hiking we wanted to do. Barbara was an incredible host—super welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, but also gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time. After long days exploring the trails, it was such a treat to come back to a quiet, comfortable cottage that felt like home. Can’t recommend it enough—thank you, Barbara!”

“Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and……

The fact that it’s a completely remodeled, period style home was a quirky bonus, until we got there. Every detail was perfect, from the furniture down to music playing when we walked in. “This little cottage is so cute and perfectly situated near the WA State fairgrounds and summer farmer's market. It's beautifully decorated, has fast Wi-Fi, is easy to find, and the host is very communicative! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend booking this place for fairgrounds events to avoid the hotel crowd. The only additional recommendation I would make is to remember to bring sleeping earplugs, as the house is nearby the Puyallup train tracks and the choo-choo may wake……

“Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, Very well stocked with some quaint touches. Near Dash Point Beach and Park. The only problem was the dryer not working, but we did not need it this trip. Would definitely book again if we were coming back to this area. The Host was a great communicator and we had no problems upon arrival or departure. ”
