“Amazing cozy time”

“Booked this cozy house for a work trip. Beautiful view, easy commute to Tacoma, and loved the island. Would return in a heartbeat.”

“My adult daughters and I planned a week long vacation. We truly enjoyed the cottage and can only describe it as a tranquil retreat. It was immaculately clean. The layout was perfect to come together and visit while enjoying the view of picturesque grounds that were beautifully landscaped. We had everything we could possibly need from the kitchen to the bath. The owner was an absolute delight and made sure to make us feel welcome. ”

“Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and……

What was surprising is that the area is upstairs, inaccessible to handicapped persons. Full bath downstairs and nice office space. We did not attempt communication with the property manager but had to rate that in order to submit the review.”

“We spent a long weekend at Penny’s cottage in Three Tree Point, and can’t say enough about how wonderful the place was, and how much we enjoyed our stay. First off, Penny met us at the property to welcome us and give us the “lay of the land” which was very helpful.
