“We loved everything about our stay, everyone was super friendly and helpful and we made a lot of new friends. We honestly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back again!!!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend visiting sometime. It’s a great place to connect with nature and amazing loving people. “The grove getaway is a special place.a great base for carbon river/ lake mowich rainer park areas.the grove is a great place to feel relaxed and connect with nature,art and spirituality.hosts and staff were great.”

“There is a delapatated, abandoned house on this property that is intentionally left out of photos. There is a narrow, unlevel path from the driveway down to the lakefront site that makes you cross over an ustable "bridge" made of house siding, and some uneven cinderblocks as "steps". You must traverse this to unolad gear and any time you access the honey bucket. The honey bucket is not cleaned before you arrive, but theres a cleaning fee for each day you stay. There are horsetail weeds……

“We had a wonderful stay. It is a very beautiful special spot. I enjoyed reading up on the history of Vashon-Maury Islands, shopping in town and watching the Super Bowl with a great water view. Great Wi-Fi. Very comfortable and cozy inside on cold days. We would highly recommend. ”

“Great stay, even in the winter the boat was nice and warm. Lots of wildlife and boats coming and going, even had a visit from a seal. Very walkable location in gig harbor and great access driving to everything else. 10/10 will be back! ”
