“The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. When we first got there, the room was very warm, but after opening both the upstairs and downstairs windows it cooled off pretty quickly. “Perfect stay for a small family with kids maybe 4 so that easier to climb on the stairs, very lovely cabin. Just a quick heads up, we couldn't find shampoo/body wash so just bring some of your own if you are checking in soon. Otherwise everything was great. ”

“Beautiful place set in a nice gated neighborhood. This was a perfect base camp for exploring Packwood and the Mount Ranier area. We loved the fire pit and hot tub, and greatly appreciated that you had firewood and kindling on-site. Would stay here anytime I was in the area. ”

“It was a great homebase for us while we explored the island. We ate out most of the time so we didn't use the kitchen. It appeared to be stocked with anything you might need though. It was clean and comfortable. I'd stay again. ”

“The house truly was a home in the most positive of ways. It was warm, well equipped. And the owner was quite helpful when needed. Had a few great suggestions of places to go. Only thought is that we could have used some directions on the bidets and the upstairs shower. All in all a great place. Thanks ”

“Such an amazing property! The views were spectacular! The host was very prompt on communication. The only thing I didnt like was you have to pay to do laundry. The stairs to the beach were also a little scary, but other than that, the house was charming and clean. Updated appliances and lots of beds, great for families! ”

"As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
