“The property General Manager was working a double when I checked in. Expedia had really screwed up my reservation and she took the time needed to make sure I had a room and got me taken care of. After a long drive, I am grateful to her!”

“The staff were very friendly and personable. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh upon entry. The only issue we encountered was the elevator went out on the second day of our stay. We were on the 4th floor and had to march up the stairs with little kids a few times a day. It was an inconvenience, but it wasn’t the worst thing for us. If one of us was unable to climb stairs, I would have requested to move to another floor and I am sure they would have done what they could to accommodate us. On……

Since we didn’t get the second night-I was asking for a little relief and also to notify the host we would be leaving early. Tried several times. Place was nice and was as advertised. Neighborhood is a little rough looking-but no problems. Yard needed tending to. ”
