“Everything was perfect except for them taking away the COFFEE. Why take away coffee??? Hotels should always have coffee available every second of the day. I checked out at 10:45AM and the front desk said oh we take away the coffee after breakfast. FOR WHAT?!!!! ITS STILL THE MORNING. besides that the two night stay was perfect.”

They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……

“I usually stay here once a month or once every other month. I notice this time that the floor near the headboard was not clean. I have anemia and my room was extremely cold and my heater did not worked and so I was freezing the whole night ”
