“Great hotel with lots of outdoor activities just steps away! Daily breakfast was exceptional”

“Great service. The manager called our room at 8:15am about a problem over payment. The individual that checked us in did not run our card through the credit card machine. No problem would have happened if the card was run during the check in process. This could have waited till later in the day. Did not like being woke up by a phone call that early on vacation. ”

“This was an excellent option for a budget traveler. However, the parking situation for the Cache House is frustrating, as there is no lot for guests of CH and the parking restrictions in Jackson are confusing. I found finding a place I would be allowed to park to be a stressful experience. Additionally, the signage on the outside of the building is very poor, leading it to be difficult to find the place. It is INSIDE of the Anvil Hotel. ”
