“Very friendly and helpful. We had a double booking, and they ypgraded me for free instead of cancelling! Im coming in off thebPCT, and they also let me ship a package to their office and pick it up a week later! Smiles and friendly communication the whole way. The property is cute, rustic and right across trom the river. Near the diner and post office. Great spot!”

“While I was there, water heater went out and door lock was very uncooperative. The host was responsive and got both replaced. The only other issue was that I stayed while temperatures outside reached over 100 degrees. Even with circulation fans, the A/C wasn't enough. Needs insulation. ”

“Cute little place to stay that was affordable and near a local wedding venue. My only bit to improve upon is lighting the entrance for guests once the sun goes down. Otherwise it’s very quaint and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend going to visit The Giant Sequoia Park when visiting! ”

“This location was perfect for our visit to a Springville wedding. Comfortably accommodated our group with three bedrooms and roomy kitchen. It offered a patio with plenty of seating, and a dining table, with a beautiful view and decorative outside lighting. The WIFI was great and TV had lots of options. A side note, the stairwell didn't fully extend to the upper floor so if you have older/younger folks you'd need to be careful. The host was very communicative and responsive. We would highly……
