“We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend ”

“We have been visiting Kerville every year for about 10 years, and this stay was the best. The house was excellent for our family and all of us enjoyed every second of our stay. Besides the house itself, the location and the neighborhood, the property manager walked us through all the way and made us to feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you!!!!! ”

“This cottage is a short walk from the town square. The property has grills and a hot tub. There are areas to hang out both indoors and out. The property is fun to explore. Our infant slept soundly in the bedroom while we played cards outside or sat in the hot tub. The hot tub is within range for our video baby monitor. Some board games would be a nice addition to this space. This is a nice spot to relax and would be a great space for gatherings - particularly if you could snag other spots on……

“Our trip: We were a group of adults visiting some local friends. We spent most of our time outdoors then cooked meals and relaxed at the house. This house is in an ideal location. Walkable to the river and food and shopping in Kernville. Very friendly host who checked in before we arrived to make sure we had all the information we needed.The house feels comfortable and lived in. Perfect for a place to crash and recharge after enjoying some outdoor activities. Plenty of room for a family or a……

“This is a wonderful, comfortable and clean rental. It was perfect for our group of 3 parents and 5 older teens for a rafting trip.”

When arriving, we initially thought our stay would be in the cute home next door. Though the address I was given wasn't the next door address, we thought surely we wouldn't be staying in someone's back yard. We were wrong. Parking is in the host's driveway, behind their personal vehicles. We were reluctant to park there because we didn't want to block anyone in, but the host……

“Property is an amazing place. Very vintage. Really unique with the indoor pool and hot tub. Due to technical difficulties and a health issue, we had to cut our stay short. The owner was very helpful about the situation. Be prepared for a very windy road to get to the property.”

The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. Everything in the house worked great.Too great may I say that the A/C in the house had to turned off for a few hrs because of got too cold inside, knowing outside was HOT. The drive to the location of the house was super easy to find and get to. It is also pet friendly……
