“This was a great house. Lots of beds, great kitchen, nice dining area, cool backyard and hot tub, and such a short walk to the little town area and rafting. I kinda wish we had planned more time to utilize the pool table, hot tub and lounge space. Only negatives I would say are it needs a kettle for preparing tea, and is due for a deep cleaning (it was overall neat and clean, but had some dusty surfaces and window sills, some sticky shelves in the kitchen cabinets, etc)!But again, great stay and……

“I did not have any difficulty finding the place, it just s perfectly visible off the main road.The inside is very spacious. Super clean. We enjoyed treats made available by owner. It was like they provided every toiletry I could think of. Drove to the river with the family and had a beautiful place to rest in. I can only say good things, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend ”
