“Great stay, small bathroom needs some remodel work, and would recommend keeping the heaters on as it takes about 24 hours to heat up the house in the winter. ”

“While I was there, water heater went out and door lock was very uncooperative. The host was responsive and got both replaced. The only other issue was that I stayed while temperatures outside reached over 100 degrees. Even with circulation fans, the A/C wasn't enough. Needs insulation. ”

“Our family had a wonderful time at this property. I grew up in Kernville and wanted to share the sweet little town with my family. ”

“What a charming mountain cabin packed full of amenities! There wasn't any snow in late December when we visited, but just a short 25-minute drive up the mountain got us plenty to play in. This place sleeps a ton of people for not a whole lot of space, and comes with a decently-outfitted kitchen for cooking adventures. Would definitely visit again!”

“Private riverside retreat. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. During our stay the river flow was very fast and there were quite a lot of rafts and kayakers going by. So very cool to watch and cheer them on. The house had all the amenities you could think of- meaning you could cook and not have to brimg anything from home - like OMG I forgot the can opener...Ive done that before. Landscaping like a beautiful park. The sounds of the river were refreshing and lulled you into a good sleep. Oh to……

“We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. “This house was up to date, comfortable & beautiful. It worked perfect for our needs to explore the area. Loved this cute small town. Came to discover Remington Hotsprings but was pleasantly surprised to arrive to this lovely neighborhood & the most friendly people in the little shops & restaurants in town. “Love it love it love it. Kids loved it and we did too. The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. Everything in the house worked great.Too great may I say that the A/C in the house had to turned off for a few hrs because of got too cold inside, knowing outside was HOT. The drive to the location of the house was super easy to find and get to. It is also pet friendly……

“This cottage is a short walk from the town square. The property has grills and a hot tub. There are areas to hang out both indoors and out. The property is fun to explore. Our infant slept soundly in the bedroom while we played cards outside or sat in the hot tub. The hot tub is within range for our video baby monitor. Some board games would be a nice addition to this space. This is a nice spot to relax and would be a great space for gatherings - particularly if you could snag other spots on……
