“First time in Grass Valley and the Gold Miner's Inn was a very nice hotel with friendly staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast variety and loved the free coffee / hot water in the lobby. The mattress was a little too firm for my taste but I slept well both nights we were there.”

“The check in was really quick. The place is nice. When we walked in, the beddings were stained. But, the lady changed it for us. The parking is a little tight but it all worked out. The stay was really pleasant. Note the following: There are really no amenities provided. There's no breakfast There's no pool No irons inside the rooms. No laundry service No room service There is a hair dryer, a microwave, and a fridge. It's very plain. Okay for a quick overnight stay. ”

“Overall a great place for the budget. A few nicks here and there but comfortable.”

“Nice historic place. However despite advertising breakfast included, that was not the case during week days... which is inconvenient for a family with hungry kids, especially considering how isolated the place is. Besides that highly recommended ”
