“This is a beautiful home. The builders put more window than wall wherever possible and there are lovely views in all directions. Looking through the trees at the valley below from the deck was especially nice. Lot's of privacy and space with a tall fence with only visible neighbor. House was well stocked- did all our meals there and found everything we needed. Seems like they've added things to the kitchen since earlier reviews. Spotlessly clean. “My wife and I loved our stay here. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the front deck was very relaxing with the stream flowing right in front. We spent most of our time out exploring, there is so much to do in this area. The hike to the top of the lookout tower was amazing (best to drive up thru Bassets and then towards Packer Lake so that you don't have to drive up the rough unpaved road from Sierra City).
