“The place is a really good property it was nice and clean but unfortunately I have allergies and the cleaner they use left a smell that gave me a slight headache and I was congested and my two partners said they were kind of congested too and they're not major allergy suffers like me so the cleaner maybe a little strong I don't know if that's what it was or not that's just my experience but other than that everything was great clean well maintained good location”

“Great place to stay for a family, the house included many amenities for the price. The ad was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything you needed for a weekend getaway with your family. I'm a big nba fan and the basketball hoop in the driveway was a great way to spend time with family. Thanks again! ”

“Great house especially if traveling with other adults. Good separation between bedrooms. Nice great room with TV, games and puzzles. Very quiet neighborhood. Our Dog loved the backyard.About 1 mile walk to downtown but beautiful scenery so it feels much shorter.”

“This cabin is great. It’s a very short drive to downtown Nevada city, maybe 10 min. It’s super cozy and the hot tub is fantastic. Very quiet and private. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace. There’s plenty of towels and extra sheets if needed. Yes, there’s bad cell service and the WiFi isn’t great but they definitely let you know that ahead of time. We were more than fine with that. The owner communication is great. I highly recommend!”

“Wonderful weekend+ in Graeagle! We had a very nice time at the property, weather we perfect, all things worked and garage space was a bonus to store mtn bikes. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was clean and well stocked and the living spaces/dining area were well done. Lighting on the deck was nice touch too. Overall...a good time was had by all. ”

“Very clean, plenty of space. We did not venture upstairs so can’t comment on that, but everything was as described. It was absolutely freezing when we arrived, and most of the wood pieces were large, so chopping wood in the dark was not in our plans. Perhaps the cleaner could have turned on the kitchen area heater for a bit before guests arrive. As soon as we unpacked and got a fire going, we sat down to watch the projection tv, and discovered that none of the living room outlets were working.……

“We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this home was one of the best. Well equipped with everything you might need. Nice linens and towels, comfortable beds and each room had it’s own heater. Best of all everything worked!! Easy exit instructions made clean up a breeze. We will definitely stay there again.”

“We loved the place. Two problems: we were not told about the “no shoes indoors” until the night before which was an issue for my mother who wears an ankle brace and has to wear shoes to cover that brace- this was problematic to take shoes off and on and get around without the stability of her shoes. If we had more time we possibly could have made accommodation for her. We also did not get the WiFi code until day two which caused my son to go into massive apoplexy ( ) maybe have that available……

“The townhouse was easy to find, spacious, clean and in a beautiful location. ”

“Stay was beautiful and the space was as listed. It does get cold- so managing all the space heaters in different rooms required some coordination. Manager was communicative and kind. The only challenge while traveling with elders with limited mobility was the stairs in front of the house- we took it easy on those. ”

The home looked exactly like the pictures. It was welcoming, comfy, spacious, and conveniently located in a small town. The home had everything we needed and some entertainment for kids with games and outdoor play. No regrets staying here and communicating with the owner was a breeze! ”
