“Property had everything you need for an out of the way getaway in the mountains — little gems everywhere we looked. Need a hammock, they’ve got it; want to play an old or new album, yep a turntable too; and much more. Kitchen was great with coffee grinds ready and all. Kids loved the space for playing games and relaxing after a day out and about in the mountains. Master suite was away from kids rooms for a nice space to ourselves. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning to yourselves……

“We were in town to visit friends in the area. We just needed a place to sleep. This place was clean and private in a nice neighborhood close to town. The host provided plenty of water and coffee that we enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable.”

The kitchen setup is really nice with full size fridge, 2 “burner” induction stovetop, microwave and toaster oven, French press coffee, pots & pans, utensils and plates, bowls, cups, glasses. Very comfortable bed. Perfect for a trip for two to Grass Valley.”

“Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.”

We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and had plenty of room inside for 7 adults. The area is great for outdoor activities like hiking with plenty of swimming holes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!”

We played by the pool, and took hot tubs at night. We had plenty of room for all of us to get ready for all wedding functions. A perfect place for our family to gather.”

“Perfect property for our family gathering! House was great for accommodating multiple family groups. Loved the big dining room table for bringing folks together. The property has great hiking trails (although you need to watch out for poison oak). Alicia and Michael were very helpful giving us the info we needed to get the most out of our stay. Michael even provided a bike tour of the trails for our groups' mountain bikers. Lots of wildlife--even an early morning bear sighting (from a very safe……
