“My wife and I loved our stay here. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the front deck was very relaxing with the stream flowing right in front. We spent most of our time out exploring, there is so much to do in this area. The hike to the top of the lookout tower was amazing (best to drive up thru Bassets and then towards Packer Lake so that you don't have to drive up the rough unpaved road from Sierra City). “We had a wonderful time at this property! It was a bit pricier after taxes and fees than what we normal go for when we rent a home but it was so worth it for the pool and the hot tub. The yard space is so relaxing and private. The location is perfect, super close to town but just far enough down the road to feel really quiet. “Wonderful cabin in Grass Valley. I stayed with my sisters, so we were four adults, each got a fluffy warm bed. The house is also great fro family with kids as there are lots of nooks to sleep read and play. The kitchen is well equipped, and the location is quiet but still pretty close to the town. We were a bit disappointed to discover it was a IR sauna, but other than that communication with John was super clear and smooth and all in all a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!”
