“Historical little house with lots of character”

“Excellent private river view location, the sound of the river floats in through the doors for a wonderful intoxicating invitation to soak up the nature that surrounds the property. At night the stars light up the sky and the view from the master bedroom is breathtaking. Enjoyable stay for everyone.”

“John’s place was beyond what we could have imagined. when we first arrived, there were deer lounging in the backyard. The house itself was very cozy with plenty of space to spread out when needed. The fireplace and windows are spectacular! I wish we had more time to be physically hanging out in the house, but for the short time we were able to be there, it was a very relaxing retreat.”

“This cabin is great. It’s a very short drive to downtown Nevada city, maybe 10 min. It’s super cozy and the hot tub is fantastic. Very quiet and private. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace. There’s plenty of towels and extra sheets if needed. Yes, there’s bad cell service and the WiFi isn’t great but they definitely let you know that ahead of time. We were more than fine with that. The owner communication is great. I highly recommend!”

“This property was perfect for our family Christmas. Beautiful all around. The home was cozy and roomy at the same time. Well decorated and everything we needed was there. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the game room was a big hit! Would love to stay here again in the summer.”
