“We had a wonderful time at Mama Bear‘s cabin. It’s such a comfortable property. Everything worked well, and we loved the hot tub. The beds were extremely comfortable too! We would definitely like to come back and stay again. ”

“Staying at Tara was an amazing experience. Everything was exactly what we were looking for to get away for the weekend! The cabin was spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals including spices and condiments (except butter), the couch was so comfortable, there were extra blankets, towels, toilet paper and even a first aid kit. The privacy was amazing, it was like being in our own little world. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub (and skinny dip) and I took a relaxing bath……

“We had family in town (Grass Valley) from Bay Area and East Coast. We all enjoyed the incredible views and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. My mother in law celebrated her 90th birthday and was able to get away and we all felt like we had a nice vacation. Thank you!”

“Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing, which is what we were looking for. We especially liked the large, very well equipped, kitchen and the comfortable outdoor seating area. I would give 4.9 stars if that was an option as the in-house air conditioner had been broken by a prior client and was not in service. However, they did everything they could putting two large standing units in the main living area to cool things down and dehumidify the areas, and we were able to open windows and use……

“Overall, this property was everything that we could've asked for and more. Things we liked: Amazing views off of 3 separate decks. Great kitchen that was fully stocked - bring food and you should have all the tools to make it. Movie Theater seating and ease of using said movie theater (we just brought a laptop). Responsiveness of the property manager - she responded within 2 hours when I texted her on a Sunday night. Sauna, steam room, and hot tub all were awesome, only issue was space because……
