“This little basement unit is nice enough, and they left a nice pile of activities for the kids. Parking space was right outside the door very convenient. Driveway is very steep, and is a loop and the upstairs tenant would park blocking the loop, so I would have to find a way to back and turn around in the narrow slippery gravel and pine needle steep driveway. They had a dog that incessantly barked at us, and their parking choice put either them or their friends standing a couple of feet outside……

“The condo was exactly what was represented and what we were looking for. We were in Grass Valley for the 50th Annual Father's Day Bluegrass Festival. Great location for exploring Grass Valley and hiking trails in the area. We could walk to the Festival as well. The condo was very comfortable and I look forward to renting again, the next time we are in Grass Valley. ”

“This is a great option instead of a motel for your stay in the area. Very quiet clean and beautiful location are good reasons to stay here. Be advised though, there are no staff available at the facility and no one answered or returned my phone call. If you have issues like I did with the building entry code, you’re on your own.”

“We had an amazing time at the property. We brought up our boat, were able to keep it at the slip provided and they even had private parking to store our boat trailer for the duration of the stay. “The property is nicely, remodeled and in a fantastic location for Tahoe Donner ski resort. Walking to get my daughter into ski lessons was very convenient. There are just a few things to note. We had an issue with the pellet stove (one of the primary heat sources), and although the property managers were great at communicating, they weren’t able to fix it before we left.
