“The property is very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is wellequipped. Game room is also fun for kids. Host is very responsive. The extra room by the basement can have additional carpet and heating during winters. We had a fun stay!”

“We had 7 friends get together for our 25th annual gaming geek week. We play PC games all week. The place worked out great. The internet was adequate. Higher speed and consistency would have been great but we had no issues. The place had lots of room and bathrooms. Kitchen had 2 ovens but no microwave. We had a great time and will consider it for next year. The host was excellent when we needed direct access to ethernet from the Starlink router.”

“This is a beautiful home. The builders put more window than wall wherever possible and there are lovely views in all directions. Looking through the trees at the valley below from the deck was especially nice. Lot's of privacy and space with a tall fence with only visible neighbor. House was well stocked- did all our meals there and found everything we needed. Seems like they've added things to the kitchen since earlier reviews. Spotlessly clean. Host replied quickly when I had trouble……

“My wife and I loved our stay here. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the front deck was very relaxing with the stream flowing right in front. We spent most of our time out exploring, there is so much to do in this area. The hike to the top of the lookout tower was amazing (best to drive up thru Bassets and then towards Packer Lake so that you don't have to drive up the rough unpaved road from Sierra City).
