“When we checked in, staff forgot to tell us that as a member, breakfast would be discounted from 17.00 to 11.00 with a coupon but we were not told and didn't know to ask. The waiter was very kind and apologetic and applied the discount for us. The fresh fruit, yogurt and oatmeal were wonderful! Unfortunately eggs and sausage Luke warm at best. Bedding was super comfortable. Room was very clean and quiet! Will definetly stay again! ”

“I dont like the fact that hear everything. I heard the kids running around most of the night. Then i heard them in the morning. People kept slamming their doors. I mean if i dont have to check out until 1100, then id like to sleep soundly until that time or at least 1030. You just kept hearing everything. I go to a hotel instead of motel because i dont want to hear the people next door to me. I paid alot for this room. I dont know if ill be back. Plus the housekeepers must start at 630 slamming……

“I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every time I come here.I would and have recommended this hotel to a lot of my friends. A very nice place to stay! Thank you! See you soon!”
