“The pool was dirty”

“Great location for a weekend trip to Columbus. We wanted to see the zoo and go to Cosi. Great distance to all along with the mall to go to Legoland. Good convenient continental breakfast was a plus with little ones. Staff was very friendly and we loved having a pool and hot tub to enjoy. Facility is a little outdated, but overall a very nice place. ”

I forgot an item during checkout and they quickly shipped it to me within hours of me providing shipping information. Our room was a good size with enough storage space. Location is easy to access most of Columbus in a short amount of time. This was our first time staying at an Aloft hotel and I would gladly book here again. ”
