“Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and personable and quick with any help or questions. My only complaint (not the hotel or staff fault) we had guests next door to us blasting loud music from late PM to early AM, yelling constantly, slamming doors every 2 minutes, pounding on the walls. Made it nearly impossible to sleep and when we called the front desk to let them know I don’t think they did anything but if they did, it didn’t stop the extremely loud guests from continuing their rampage……
