“Very nice place! Spacious ! Fire ring we used every night! But you could use a few more towels. Only had 6. But there is.washer and dryer!waand dryer”

“This is the nicest cottage. Tucked away and very private and peaceful. Host was easy to contact and gave us great advice on what to bring. Would rent this for sure again!! Great hideaway and suggest it for Fall as well. The Island was great to see without the hussle and bussle of summer!!”

“Needed a place to stay while we worked on our property. The place was just perfect. And added touch was a decorated Christmas tree. Sooo warm and cozy. ”

“The house is absolutely wonderful! The only issue we had was dealing with the snow in the parking area behind the house. It made it hard to get the cars unloaded.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Was easy to get in and host was easy to get in touch with. The lake is right behind the house and was completely frozen so that was cool to see and our kids liked it. If I had to complain about something I would have to nit pick and be ridiculous like the overly high chairs in another review. ”

“Was in town for a 4 day swim meet.Stayed in a hotel the previous year but wanted a little more personable home like feel.Great location with all the comforts of home.Will stay again for sure the next time we are in the area!….highly recommend!”

“This property was amazing with a gorgeous view of a pond that was stocked with lil blue gills! The home itself is super secluded and there was an additional building on property that had two beds in it with 3 beds in the main house! The host were super attentive, checking in with us everyday! The home itself couldve been a little cleaner and in need of some updates! The hot tub was very clean and well maintained! The awesome views and seclusion make this well worth a stay!”

“Loved it. These hosts had this place stocked very well, had an organized three-ring binder with comprehensive information on restaurants and activities in the wider area. We will be going back in warmer weather to be able to utilize the "fun" gazebo. Best stay we have ever had, despite the 0 degree weather. #1 hosts! ”

“Meadow Rise was absolutely the perfect place for us! It was clean, comfortable and really had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. ”

“I stayed at this property with my family over a weekend in October and it was awesome. Here are some things we loved about the property: - Space: the cabins sit on a plot of land overlooking the lake. There's plenty of space for cars (we had 5) and for recreation. We set up corn hole, games for the kids, etc. and had ample room to play. There's a nice patio between two cabins where we spent a lot of time. We grilled out, sat by the fire pit in the evening and, in general, enjoyed being outside.……
