“Lovely older home close to many attractions. Comfortable accommodations and room for the entire family.”

“Loved this clean, beautiful house! Kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy to cook our meals. It was close to the attractions we wanted to see - Marblehead Lighthouse, Put-In-Bay, and Lake Erie. We enjoyed the quiet area and loved relaxing on the front porch! Would love to stay here again.”

“Home was very large and cozy, the game room was a huge hit with our group of teens and young adults, us old parents even got in on the fun! The yard was large, we actually brought our own badminton set and it was perfect. Hot tub was very nice too. The location was ideal, it was just 1 mile to Lake Logan and we spent most of our time there! The four bedrooms are all upstairs along with one of the bathrooms, one bedroom was off on its own and the other 3 were in like a big half circle with……

We enjoyed the scenery, star gazing at night, and seeing the cows. The house was well stocked with everything you need. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend! “In town for a family reunion and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Close proximity to other family in the area. The owners have thought of everything you could need during your stay. The beds were comfortable, the living room was cozy and the hot tub was a huge bonus! We did not have time to take advantage of the beautiful fire pit area in the backyard but it was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.”

“Lovely place to stay with beautiful views of farm land surrounding this big house that has everything you need for a vacation stay. We were attending a national dog show at the Robert’s Center and we were very happy to enjoy this property with our dogs. Host was very responsive when we couldn’t get the garage door shut one day. “What a delight! The house is lovely and so well appointed. Every bedroom has its own bath. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable and the property was so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and using the fire pit at night!We had a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Communication with the owners was awesome. The house was very clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The height of the bed might be a slight challenge for shorter people or persons with disabilities because it is a t all bed. I am 5'6" and could get in fine. It is minutes away from Lehman's and there are a couple good restaurants near Lehman's. I would HIGHLY recommend this house.”

“My family enjoyed our brief Star at the Hartford Cottage in Burghill. Due to the weather, we did not have the chance to enjoy the yard & outside amenities/games but did enjoy the many amenities inside. The kids bedroom was a hit with both of our girls. We loved all the character & beautiful details throughout the home. The host was wonderful, touching base with us before our trip as well as ensuring we had accurate check-in information upon arrival. ”

“I’ve stayed at many places but this house is by far the nicest, it should be in a magazine! If you’re looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay this is the place! Every aspect of the trip was wonderful (we even got the history of the farm from the owners mother who was very nice!). They thought of everything from the flavoring for your coffee to luxurious bedding. The outdoor area included an electrical fire pit, hot tub and table for 8. We had all our meals outdoors.
