“We had 8 couples get together for the weekend, and this was the perfect spot for us. So much space, multiple living areas, more than enough beds, and lots of things to do. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna during the chilly weekend. Super unique spot, would definitely recommend. ”

The hardest part was actually getting ourselves to leave the place as they have created a very cozy vibe. We will definitely stay at another box hop property again!”

“Great stay. Easy check in process and communication by text message. Rooms clean. We visited our son at Case Western which was down the street. Easy walk to Little Italy restaurants. We are staying again for graduation in May.”

“We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!”

The hot tub had a low water level which prevented us from being able to enjoy the tub the first night but the host was quick to respond to my outreach and remedied the issue right away!
