“Property was as described, very clean, lots of amenities and supplies that I haven't seen offered at other properties. Neighborhood was quiet, train dies run frequently, but its hardly noticeable off in the distance. Owner was very responsive and checked-in during our stay. Lake & Park very short walk from property. ”

Only because of the age of the houseboat there were areas that were a bit worn but nothing of concern. It's evident that they have updated with great amenities, furniture, mattress (very comfortable) linens and high end soaps etc. The shower/bath facility was convenient and spotless. Restaurants in……

“Our cabin was perfectly located. Short walk to the water park and entrance to the main park. The kids loved the bunk beds and we loved the ability to park our car right in front of the cabin. We will stay here again!”

The owner is a good communicator and he cares about your stay. Outside the Lakeside Chatauqua gates, yet less that 1/2 mile away. I enjoyed my stay.”
