We appreciated the sofa and love seat in the family room so we could ALL comfortably lounge to watch movies at night. The game room (and dart board!) was a huge hit. This clean and quiet location is near grocery stores and restaurants and it's easy to jump on to the freeway to get around the Dayton area. “Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one”

“The pictures do not match the description. Most of the furniture in the pictures is not there. The “cozy third floor bedroom with 2 beds” does not exist resulting in 2 people not having a bed. The 2nd floor was unable to be cooled. The plumbing does not function properly. The shower took 20-30 minutes to drain down enough for the next person to use. Only one bathroom and not conveniently located. Beds very uncomfortable. Furniture very old and uncomfortable. House very old and in need of……
