“This motel is a great value. The rooms are completely renovated in a very minimalist way. We found it to be almost "institutional" in appearance. No carpet, no drapes, no pictures, no hooks or towel bars, no lamps. However, everything functioned well and was very clean. Beds were comfortable. I would have loved some softer lighting (lamps) AND some hooks in the bathroom. But clearly they are going for a no frills function. Bring ear plugs. Airport is very close.”

“A little vintage charm in great location in the middle of Monterey. Easy walk to history, restaurants and shopping.”

“The smell in the room wasn’t the greatest. Good thing I carry Lysol with us. Was able to spray on the curtains and furniture and that helped. ”

“The Facility was in a great location, but access to the room was difficult. We are in our Seventies and dragging luggage up and down stairs was very difficult. Ice machines and vending machines were 3 floors away. Probably won’t stay there again.”
