The property location is convenient for exploring multiple fun areas and activities in North western PA and South western NY balanced with the house providing an accomodating experience. It's difficult to find a vacation rental that offers it all, so having waterfront access with kayaks, a firepit, and a hot tub helped make for a wonderful vacation ”

“Absolutely beautiful home!! Loved the front room with the large front window and magnificent view of the lake. Our morning gathering spot in the house. Evenings spent either at the extra large dining room table or outside at the cozy fire pit. Large bathrooms were very clean and had all the necessities. The location of this house was perfect for us. Just a short walk to breakfast, convenience store and the kayaking rentals. Sunset kayak guided tour was amazing !! We totally recommend this home……

“We had such a wonderful time staying at Patchen Hill Farm! The old-fashioned house and decor were like stepping back into a different time. The property was absolutely beautiful. We had a lot of fun exploring the property and identifying many of the trees on the farm. If you want to disconnect and relax for a weekend (or longer) this is a great place! ”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this place in Dewittville right on Chautauqua Lake! The property was well kept, clean and the backyard was right on the water front. The hosts put in a new dock which made viewing the sunrise or sunset outstanding. The enmities like the washer and dryer and the pool was a real plus and came in very handy. It felt like we were staying right at home. The hosts were excellent too, friendly and very prompt in returning communication. I would recommend staying here……
