“The restaurants menu is very limited. The food is just ok but very expensive. The hotel is in a beautiful location with good amenities. The beddings are very nice and room is spacious and comfortable. ”

“I only gave a “1” on Cleanliness due to the dining staff at the included breakfast. We witnessed the waitress refilling the bread for toast with her bare hands (no gloves or tongs) then use her hands to open the kitchen door & came back out with more food in her bare hands. Also, we witnessed the used tables get wiped down with a wet cloth but there was never any sort of sanitizer sprayed on the surfaces. I’m not a germophobe, but I am aware of my surroundings. NYS law prescribes that either……

“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”
