“Overall a decent place to stay. There were no signs stating the name of the hotel. Front desk said they were changing names. Had to go their sister property next door for coffee and breakfast. At 30 degrees no thanks. Pool wasn't working and hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades. If you are looking for a good price, definitely not a bad place to stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.”

“I recently stayed at clarion, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff and the breakfast was great also they have pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“The customer service was excellent. The heating unit in our room was not working. The engineer was dispatched immediately. When it was determined that it could not be resolved that night, we were upgraded to a bigger one. Great resolution and excellent customer service from the engineer and the front desk agent.”

“很糟糕，訂好房型不給入住，他們說Hotels.com照片登錯，整整等了2個半小時無法入住，直到24:30分才入住，我訂1房一廳，酒店只願意給標準房，Hotes.com的客服需要好好檢討，打了10多通電話飯店反應，說馬上處理給我電話，後來等了40分鐘還是沒有電話，一共耽誤了2個半小時，直到24:30分我想算了，入住標準房，不和他們爭執，實在另人太失望了。”

“We just needed a place to stay the night on our way to Florida. The hotel itself wasnt too bad. It looked like they had renovations happening.We weren't happy in the bathroom. One of the "clean" towels had a hair on it. Another was just very stained. The beds were comfy & we liked the vinyl flooring. I didnt expect much for the breakfast because the hotel was so inexpensive. They offered thawed waffles, bread to toast, cereal & apples. Very disappointed with the diluted orange juice though. Yuk……
