“Ron at the front desk was a rock star as I tried to check in and Hotels.com didn't notify Hampton Inn that I had a reservation. I had the paid receipt and itinerary number and still could not find the reservaiton. After 90 miniutes calling Hampton's number we found a phone number for Hotels.com and that customer service gentleman (I didn't catch his name) gave the hotel yet a different number to prove that I had a reservation and I was finally in the room 90 minutes after walking in the……
“I loved the Econo lodge! There was a nice sized mini fridge and a microwave; the beds were both queen sized and the air conditioner worked impeccably well! The carpet did not even stain your feet that badly and there wasn’t even that many bugs! For the price this is a great place to stay with friendly folk ”
