“We absolutely loved our stay at The Hillsboro. The attached private beach was wonderful and there is also an inground pool if you don't want to be in the ocean. There is a reasonably priced restaurant onsite, which was helpful as the area is not very walkable. This wasn't an issue for us as we were happy to stay on the property the entire time and enjoy the beach! The staff were helpful, kind, and able to help us with questions and extra towels/toiletries. “This was such. great stay at a lovely, charming, quirky and historic hotel. It is in the heart of things, and handy for all NOLA highlights, but is still quiet and peaceful. Beautiful architecture, meandering passageways and interior courtyard with fountain, and a real sense of history. The staff are all lovely and Perry was a blast on the front office. I loved it so much. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in New Orleans!”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“We stayed for 2 nights for while going to Seaworld. The unit was great with lots of room and a full kitchen. The bathroom was huge and worked well for a family of four. We enjoyed the lazy river the most. We also lucked out that an animal rescue group came to the kids club while we were there and got to see their sloth and other rescue animals. The only down side was parking availability. We had to park a distance from our unit on Saturday.”
