“Pool was super clean. Nice view of the lagoon. Pillows were so comfortable. Nice big room with plenty of extra space. Front desk staff on the other hand were less than helpful. Wanted to purchase a candy bar and stood at the counter with it while two employees totally ignored me. After about 2 mins of not being recognized or waited on I walked over and put the candy back and left. Also I think an early check in fee of $75.00 is a little ridiculous!!!”
