“The host was incredibly helpful and kind. The apartment was perfect, very well furnished, clean, and nice. The balcony has a great view of little Havana and you can see downtown Miami in the distance which is awesome. Great location, lots of good places to eat and a market nearby. The host let us have a late checkout too which was very appreciated. Highly recommend and would rent this property again.”

“Don’t book this place and the seller should be kicked off the platform. The stay was unsettlingly terrible. The neighborhood is ghetto to say the least. Upon arriving we were stuck outside a gate with no way in and it was past their call hours. By pure luck someone behind us used their remote to open it after 10 mins trying to figure out how to get it. “Wir waren für zwei Nächte da. Dafür war sie ok. Bett ist schon sehr hart und trotz Gardinen schon hell im Zimmer. Aber es war alles sauber. Leider keine Ablagefläche im Zimmer und Bad. Es sind 4 Minuten zum Traumhaften Sandstrand. Ein ruhiger Strand mit Park davor so wie wir es lieben. Es gibt einen Pool den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Also ich würde es wieder buchen ”
