“It was a very easy check in once we got to the right hotel. When you see this on the airport shuttle van and hear the driver say, “Sonesta” and see it on the building one tends to get off the shuttle. But there’s actually a Regency AND a Sonesta. We had to walk (it wasn’t far) to the Regency after figuring all that out…. ”

“This is a great, old school Miami hotel. I want to preface this by saying I had a wonderful stay, and if I am back in South Beach, these are the first people I am looking up. Since this hotel was probably 90 years old, some of the facilities are a little worn. The floor sags, there's a little bit of wear to the carpets, and they had a plastic tarp over a hole in the ceiling due to leakage. If that bothers you, go spend twice the price of your stay at the Marriott down the street. If you……
