“The property is well managed, there is no staff on site, but they respond quickly to any questions. Our room was clean, but pretty small, especially the bathroom. The area is safe and quiet, a great location to explore Little Havana. Downtown Miami is easily accessible by free trolley connecting to other public transportation.”

“It worked out well for our one night stay before our cruise. I was a little unsure of the area but seemed safe. The room was clean and comfortable. ”

“The area is definitely the dumps, there is an abandoned lot next door abandoned buildings across both Streets. The bunk beds were missing bolts, but the house manager was nice enough and fixed it. The folks passing through have no hygene in the common space, so there is a lot of coughing and disease passing around. They offered a weekly stay for 175$ which is cheap and cheap enough and I have it a chance since there is the kitchen and there isn't a lot of good restaurants in miami, but right……
