“ I am very disappointed with this place. The room is very small and nothing like what you see in the photos. The air conditioner is under the window and is very noisy, which kept me awake all night! The bathroom is also very small. I will not choose to stay here next time!”

“Was very good until i went into the bathroom towels were stained long hairs on the shower walls tub did drain and wallpaper was peeling badly. I loved the room other than that. ”

“Your pool area is to small ”

“For the most part the stay was nice but some exits and entrances to the pool and beach were closed during the stay due to exterior work being done on the building. Also the noise during the day inside and out was not great but we made the best of it. In my mind they should have waived the resort fees during this time to guest as a way to say thank you for your understanding with the construction during this time.”

“This room has everything you need. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, clean and fresh. The air conditioning was excellent and the remote control easy to use. It also was secure and the parking is in front of of the rooms. We recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“We stayed here for a few nights before our cruise. Close to the port and everyone was great. Rooms were clean and quiet. If we ever cruise again we will definitely stay here again!”

“Waited for the hotel shuttle service for a lengthy amount of time and also did not receive the most patient response when we called about it.”

“The staff was incredible! We arrived after we got off of a cruise and had about three hours before check in, the staff was able to accommodate us and get us into our room early. They made sure we had everything we needed. ”
