“For the most part the stay was nice but some exits and entrances to the pool and beach were closed during the stay due to exterior work being done on the building. Also the noise during the day inside and out was not great but we made the best of it. In my mind they should have waived the resort fees during this time to guest as a way to say thank you for your understanding with the construction during this time.”

Por exemplo, trata-se de um apartamento, porém, sempre que precisamos de algum item, é necessário solicitar pelo aplicativo com antecedência. “Perfect little hotel room with everything you need including pots and pans, glassware, even an extra rollaway bed! The staff was very friendly and the property was in immaculate condition! We had an issue at check-in because the key was not working to our room and we had to leave our door unlocked for a couple of hours… Also, the toilet would not flush! But other than those minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying in the future! ”

“Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. ”
