“Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. “Fun artsy vibe in their lobby area with comfy couches and chairs, a nice spot to relax while we waited for our room to be ready after getting off our cruise. They stored our luggage and gave us access to the lovely pool area and beach where chairs, towels and umbrellas are available to guests as part of the resort fee. Friendly staff got us set up on the beach. Fun beachside bar between the pool and beach. Great spot, we would book here again!”

“The hotel property is quite lovely especially the Palm tree murals, may I buy these? Wowee! The front desk staff is elequent, however the bartender/ waitress was very upsetting she did not come for my dinner order. I felt it was because I was alone.
