The rooms were great and the staff were friendly with the exception of the evening reception staff. They were annoyed by the guests and it showed. If you offer a free evening reception as value added to your guests, it should be done with a smile and hospitality. Not a harsh “NO Salt” when you ask for a margarita with salt. “For the most part the stay was nice but some exits and entrances to the pool and beach were closed during the stay due to exterior work being done on the building. Also the noise during the day inside and out was not great but we made the best of it.
