“Minha estadia foi boa, mas acredito que o hotel tem potencial para ser ainda melhor explorado. Por exemplo, trata-se de um apartamento, porém, sempre que precisamos de algum item, é necessário solicitar pelo aplicativo com antecedência. Entendo que não há limpeza diária, mas poderia haver a opção de solicitá-la? No aplicativo que baixei, essa possibilidade não estava disponível. Além disso, poderiam deixar alguns itens básicos de limpeza à disposição, assim como copos e utensílios para um café……

“Perfect little hotel room with everything you need including pots and pans, glassware, even an extra rollaway bed! The staff was very friendly and the property was in immaculate condition! We had an issue at check-in because the key was not working to our room and we had to leave our door unlocked for a couple of hours… Also, the toilet would not flush! But other than those minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying in the future! ”
