“Location and space was great! Due to winter conditions an entry rug or mop would have made our stay better since salt and dirt was hard to clean up.”

“We had a great time; this cottage was nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a perfect location! We enjoyed going to Letchworth Park; the gorge and waterfalls were stunning and the park was beautiful. We loved driving around and exploring the area; lots of cute little towns and scenic vistas were everywhere. Lake Canandaigua has some nice restaurants and the town of Canandaigua are a great place to spend a vacation, even in the off-season. The town of Naples has a great wood-fired pizza……

“A unique little place with character! As grandparents (who can climb the stairs!) we thoroughly enjoyed our daughter and grandson visiting us throughout the day for hanging out and dinners! Very roomy first level with greatflooring for kids to play. Large kitchen for home cooked meals too! ”

“The whole family took a little mini vacay just a short time to get away from the everyday routine. The house very inviting and welcoming. Plenty of room as we had a family of 8 and no one ever felt cramped up. Everyone able to enjoy all the house amenities from the Livingroom fireplace, TV, comfy couch, to the Jacuzzi Hot Tub and game room! The beds were very comfortable. “Loved everything about property it was great the neighbors not so much. Screaming, yelling, fighting and witnessing drug deals outside the home while on the porch with our children all hours of the night. Wouldn’t recommend for a family with young children. ”

“My wife and I had never been to Saratoga Springs and were looking for a nice place to stay while taking in the sights. This location was very close to everywhere we planned to visit. It was extremely clean and obviously well-maintained. We brought our 2 dogs and there was a nice fenced in back yard for them to play. I couldn't recommend it more highly and look forward to staying there again in the future. ”
