“We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked! Would recommend or return, hopefully for a longer and more dry time. The ONLY downside to me was the NY-23 traffic noise from the front,……

“Very conveniently located near The Gallagher Barn wedding venue, where my daughter got married. Literally 5 mins down the road. House was kept cool and comfortable, exceptionally clean and well stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Host was very responsive to any necessary communication. With most stores more than a half-hour away, we took advantage of the large versatile farmhouse kitchen when preparing our meals; which were needed after the 2-mile round-trip……

The house has been renovated with all the modern fixtures and amenities, but they managed to retain the charm of the old farmhouse. “We had a very pleasant time at the property; a beautiful piece of land with gorgeous pond and 2 geese families (1 with brand new goslings!) to greet us. Although the weather didn't cooperate to enjoy sitting in the yard, or enjoying the fire pit area we still had a good time.
