“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Nice clean property. Sage environment and close too attractions. Very easy free self parking. I didn’t like the aggressive sales pressure and the amount of phone calls. I received to attend a sales event. There was a misunderstanding and communication and I wasted two hours of my time only to find out I wasn’t gonna get the points promised to me initially. Not honest.”

“We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient.
