“My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. They provide filtered drinking water which is really good. You can carry your own bottle and fill it multiple times a day. There are good and reasonable food options nearby and they let you carry food inside the room. The rooms are a bit small, so if you have lots of luggage, it may get very congested. “I was in India on a business trip in many small towns, and as a last step before catching the flight - I used this hotel. Very clean, very efficient, and friendly staff. Compared to all hotels I had (even from better chains like Meridien in surat) - this was simply the best even though it was rated two stars. ”

“I booked this place 2 months in advance. I never stayed at this place due to them not accepting foreigners. Upon arriving from a late flight, I called beforehand to let them know on my way. Once I arrived they told me that I could not stay there, it was only for Indian nationals. And that foreigners were not welcome. At 3am in morning, I had no choice but to leave and look for another place to stay. Overall, not a good experience. Not recommend. I’m still disputing this charge with Expedia. And……
